A Ketogenic diet is a low carb diet where the body switches from a sugar burner to a fat burner or in a state of ketosis.
When eating low carb your body produces ketones for energy rather than using sugar from carbs. By decreasing carbs, the body shifts to using dietary and stored fat for energy. The body breaks the fat down resulting in the production of ketones. Ketones then become the body's primary fuel source replacing glucose.
Keto certainty does not need to be boring. There are many low carb fruits and vegetables and many baking alternatives available. Included in my packages are pantry lists, and meal plans to provide ideas and options to ease the process of going keto.
A ketogenic diet can help metabolic dysfunction, diabetes, leaky gut, IBD, IBS, constipation, migraines, PMS, chronic pain, thyroid disorders, sexual dysfunction, fertility, anxiety, depression, brain fog, skin issues including psoriasis, and acne.
